Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kanwar App Forge, we strive to build high-performance digital products and build long-term trust relationships with our clients. Because we offer custom design, frontend engineering, and technical SEO consultation work, we have established a clear cancellation and refund protocol.

1. Project Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel a project before any mockup designs are drafted or source code repositories are initialized, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit, minus a flat ₹2,000 discovery/admin fee.

If work has already commenced (such as design drafts or repository code structures being created), refunds will be prorated according to completed milestones:

• Completed milestones (such as Figma mockups or UI template designs that were already approved) are non-refundable.
• Remaining deposit budgets for unstarted development phases will be returned to the client within 7–14 business days.

2. Project Cancellation by Kanwar App Forge

In the rare event that Kanwar App Forge must cancel a project due to scheduling conflicts or technical resource limits, you will receive a 100% refund of all funds paid for the current unfinished milestone, and any complete code and design files produced up to that date will be handed over to you immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following services and assets are strictly non-refundable:

• Monthly website management fees or active support contracts.
• Third-party purchases made on behalf of the client (such as domain registrations, cloud hosting, email service API keys, or premium fonts).
• SEO audits or technical speed diagnostics that have already been delivered as custom reports.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a cancellation or refund request, please email **anshulkumarkanwar4@gmail.com** with your project name, invoice details, and a clear reason for cancellation. We will get back to you within 2 business days to resolve any disputes amicably.
