Last Updated: July 1, 2026
Welcome to Kanwar App Forge! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kanwar App Forge's website and services.
By accessing this website and hiring our digital services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Kanwar App Forge if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Client Responsibilities
To complete your website design, frontend code, or mobile app UI project on schedule, you agree to:
- Provide all text assets, logos, brand colors, images, and content files required for the build.
- Give constructive feedback during review rounds within 3 business days.
- Provide necessary sandbox API credentials or domain settings when deployment milestones are reached.
2. Payment & Milestone Structure
All estimates and proposals are subject to a milestone-based payment structure:
- A standard advance payment is required before any design planning or repository code setup begins.
- Subsequent milestone payments are requested after specific design or dynamic features reviews are approved.
- Final project code handover and DNS server deployment are done only after the final milestone payment clears.
3. Revisions & Scope Creep
Each package tier (Launch, Growth, Scale) includes a fixed number of revision rounds. Revision rounds include layout revisions, styling tweaks, form field updates, and SEO metadata changes.
Significant new features, backend functions, or structural pages requested *after* the initial proposal document is signed will be treated as custom change orders and billed under a new separate milestone estimation.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final milestone payment completion, Kanwar App Forge transfers 100% intellectual property ownership, source code control, CSS stylesheets, dynamic asset databases, and production rights to the client.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur.
6. Revisions to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
